jemc 21-10-2021 06:16What i did was, I already had 15 heliodor, later i fused 10 heliodor and dropped 10 weeks shield , It worked and I got lvl 3 achievements.

And you achieved lv2 30 mins before going for lv3, with the special achievements you need to wait 3 hours before you can go on to the next level. With the normal (blue) achievements you don't need to wait to do the next level.
