Lee De Maine 08-08-2020 11:53You need to summon all Cardinals needed within 30 seconds... takes a while to activate, i have lvl 2 no problems

goo 07-08-2020 15:15how many cardinals LVL10 I must have to do this? I have 1 of each TSM and I can't even get level 1, it's annoying.

Lebbick 07-08-2020 10:50I did lvl 1 without being aware anyone having issues, so dont recall what cardinals, but it was TSM. Rank 1 worked first go for me and it was between events.
I tried to do rank 2 while in dominion. I summoned Eli, Beatrice, Oddgeir then Hervey. I waited about 20 seconds between each summon. Achieve did not work.
I tried rank 2 again today, 2 hours before KvK started. Summoned same cardinals, waited at least 10 seconds, but not more than 20 between each summon, during peace time. Rank 2 worked this time....

Lebbick 13-08-2020 15:45Have since verified does not need to be in peace time. Need to summon all quickly, in the TSM order stated, within approx 30 sec.
Suggest Let the last cardinal run out and achieve pop, before using any other cardinals.

mka 07-08-2020 02:07Nope, special order is not enough (I did - otherwise no chance to have reached Lvl 6....) - I assume due to what I experienced it only works when there is no OvO and no KvK

mka 04-08-2020 21:43It seems there is an extra condition not mentioined in the overview .... I must be something like: "works only on odd days" or "works only during peace times" or "works only when you within the boarders of the zita" aso asf .... I know it didn't work today (during OvO) - I try again when ovo is over ... if it works then, I will announce this as an idea - if not ....... :-((((((((((((((((((
